Non-IVAS Members YOU MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR VETERINARY LICENSE WITH THIS REGISTRATION. WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR REGISTRATION WITHOUT IT.
A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card and Pay Pal transactions. You can avoid this fee by paying with ACH, Wire, Zelle or Mail a Check to the IVAS Office. Please include your name and 27 Sm Animal WS in the Memo Section. Email [email protected] for information or assistance.
