In 2014 the IVAS President started a new way to appreciate the many hard working volunteers of IVAS. The IVAS citation for exceptional volunteer service to IVAS is given out at the annual Congress Banquet. The recipient is given a customized clear crystal award which can be displayed to show their generous commitment to IVAS.
